I'm an accredited life coach with a deep interest in psychology and neuroscience, and a coaching style shaped by my own personal journey through change, challenge, and growth.

My approach is warm and intuitive. I blend compassion with practical strategies to help you recognise your strengths, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward the life you actually want.

I work with a broad range of clients, but I have a particular connection with women and mothers navigating midlife transitions, as well as teachers experiencing overwhelm or burnout. These are areas I understand personally, and I bring that lived experience into every conversation.
